If you have made it this far let me start by thanking you for taking part in our educational series. Remember, we are not recommending you do any of the rehab exercises personally since we do not know you condition… who knows, maybe it is not Hip Impingement (FAI)! All the more reason to go see your doc and bounce some of the education you learned on this page.
Imagine walking in and you knew 75% as much as they did about Hip FAI!!!
That last 25% of knowledge would be easier to understand and honestly… the last 25% you could never know without knowing the baseline parts you will be exposed to in my class.

"I believe people can manage the beginning of their rehab if they have the education and theory of what to do. I know for a fact there are people out there who are searching for answers, but can not find it. They want to understand what is going on in their body. I wanted to create classes to educated the public about their anatomy and the basics of rehab."
Disclaimer: You need to have a proper diagnosis. Go see a doctor and ask a question. They can help guide you finding out what route of education you should follow.
